Configure your internet to allow access to Teton's servers

If you successfully installed SmartSlice but are not able to sign into SmartSlice, a likely reason is that your internet or IT department is blocking access to the servers that SmartSlice uses to run the simulations. If you encounter this issue, you may get an error message like the one shown below. 

To fix this problem:

  1. Contact your IT department and ask them to allow traffic to https://api.smartslice.xyz/
  2. Restart Cura and attempt to login to SmartSlice again. 
  3. If you are still unable to sign in, please email a request for help to help@tetonsim.com and our support team will promptly assist you.
